White teas: 70-75°C, 3-4 minutes. Green teas: 75-80°C, 2-3 minutes. Oolong teas: 85-90°C, 3-5 minutes. Black teas: 95°C, 4-5 minutes. Pu-erh teas: 95°C+, 4-6 minutes. But these are starting points. Listen to the tea. It will tell you what it needs.
